Le secret de ma mère

On New Year’s Day, while a storm blows on Montreal, parents and friends meet at the funeral parlor for the viewing of the seventy-year-old Jos. Despite the sadness of the event, a party mood slowly starts among the people around Jeanne, Jos’s daughter, and Blanche, his former spouse. Throughout the day, from the recollections of one or the other, Jeanne learns astonishing secrets from her parents’ past.
