Anick, a documentary filmmaker trying to make a documentary on social reintegration, moves into the isolated house that Scott, an ex-convict in his fifties, shares with Jessie, his young companion. But very quickly, the objectivity of the documentarian gives way to the subjectivity of her desires, and Anick falls in love with Jessie, risking everything.
