Sarianne Cormier
BIOGRAPHY
For several years now, Sarianne has been making a name for herself both in front of and behind the camera. As a director, she has penned several short films: Les Vestiges (2013), La Volupté (2015), Amour Amour (2017) and Les Années Lumière (2017). She is currently working on the production of her first feature film, Au Revoir Pluton. As a screenwriter, she co-wrote the series Bon Matin Chuck (CRAVE, 2023) and is currently working on her next feature film Le Chant du Cygne. As writer and director, her latest creation Mythologie was presented at La Petite Licorne in September 2021. Her company is currently in residence at Théâtre la Licorne for a 2-year cycle. On the big screen, Sarianne has been directed by Podz (L’Affaire Dumont and Miraculum), François Delisle (Chorus) and Ryan Mckenna (Le cœur de Madame Sabali and Promenade Nocturne), Guillaume Lambert (Les Scènes Fortuites), Jonathan Beaulieu-Cyr and Renaud Lessard (Mad Dog Labine) and Matthew Rankin (The 20th Century and Une Langue Universelle). Her TV roles include Laura in 19-2, Chloé in Mémoires vives and Myriam Monty in Audrey est revenue.
