BIOGRAPHY

A graduate in Communications, Film and Literary studies of the University of Quebec in Montreal, lsabelle D’Amours delivers with Frozen Words, her very first feature-length film. lt is with sensitive, finesse and verve that she marvellously transposes these difficult ond disturbing subjects into the charming ond spectacular winter landscapes of Quebec. She also participated at Atelier Grand Nord organised by SODEC with her project Wigwam (produced by Boréal Films) in february 2012. Apart from working on her films, lsabelle D’Amours has also been teaching at the film program of St-Hyacinthe College since 1998.
